Job brief
Responsible for the installation of the ductwork for new construction and significant renovations. Ability to fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal products including furnaces and ventilating systems to all sheet metal products used in the construction industry.
Requirements
- 308R/308A Sheet Metal Worker preferred not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience installing and repairing ventilation systems in residential applications.
- Knowledge of OBC building codes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Read & interpret plans, specifications & shop drawings.
- Understand and willing to follow proper safety techniques.
- Install in compliance with Ontario Building Code.

Job brief
The project manager’s main function is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of all ongoing and upcoming projects. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining end-to-end project workflow, scheduling, communication with vendors and partners, invoicing, quoting and general project management duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to owners, owning projects and ensuring the success of each.
- Performs duties related to site administration including management of project-related information and documentation, maintenance of project files, review of completed timesheets, and processing of invoices and bills of lading.
- Ensuring quality control and project timeliness.
- Fluency and familiarity with all contract documents.
- Ensure the department is utilizing up-to-date pricing from suppliers.
- Manage construction sites and resolve any delays or rescheduling needs.
- Lead cost review and change order processes.
- Complying with all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Complete change orders, follow up with suppliers for pricing, obtain submittals, and maintain installers and sub-trades.
- Review and submit documents to the appropriate parties and ensure all parties involved have the necessary information.
- Maintaining project files (physical and electronic), including shop drawing submittals, RFI’s, site instructions and associated schedule logs.
- Work and build relationships directly with builders, architects, engineers and the internal teams.
- Manage all on-site logistics and labour coordination including management of subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance and completeness.
- Monitor installation of systems and commissioning of projects.
- May be required to work outside of traditional working hours in order to complete tasks to ensure our success

Job brief
Experienced Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, plumbing, hydronics and building services). Perform preliminary engineering calculations, and develop preliminary designs, review equipment selections and prepare mechanical designs in conjunction with architectural, structural designs. Prepare schematics, schedules, details, equipment specs and sketches from conceptual design through the construction stage.
