Our scheduling coordinator will gather your information, let you know about the diagnostics fee and find a time that works best for you to schedule one of our certified technicians to come take a look. 

Our certified technician will take a look and diagnose the problem to present you with some solutions. 

The technician will perform the repair! Sometimes there are special parts required for the repair and we may need to schedule a second visit. If parts are required, the technician will get the part on order and we will let you know an ETA and get that second visit scheduled. 

We know that no one likes spending money on their HVAC equipment so we will present you maintenance options to help with preventing additional unwanted service calls. Take a look at our Comfort Club page for more information.
