Our scheduling coordinator will gather your information and connect you with our Home Solutions Advisor (HSA). 

Our HSA will schedule a free in-home consultation at a time is convenient for you. 

During the in-home consultation the HSA will take a look at your existing equipment and discuss your indoor air quality products, your warranty and your maintenance to provide you with some options. 

We know equipment failure is typically and unexpected and unwanted cost. The HSA will provide you some information on some great financing and rental options for easy monthly payments! * (insert link to financing & rental page) *

Once you have selected your options the HSA will walk you through what to expect during install day. Its quite easy, just make sure the surrounding area of the equipment is clear and accessible for the technicians to perform their work. Beyond that, there isn’t much to worry about!

During install day, the technicians will be mindful of your home! Protective carpets will be placed down to protect against foot traffic and moving the equipment. The technicians will work their magic to get your new system up and running. Once the install is complete, the technicians will make sure to clean up their work area. You can typically expect 1 day install for standard installations.
